Between 9PM and 6AM CST nightly, Cloud Sites Engineers will be performing Debian 8.10 updates to all servers within the infrastructure in both datacenters. Due to the nature of the updates, customers can anticipate the following brief impacts as servers are updated throughout the maintenance window:
Monday Jan 22nd:
- Apache/PHP hosts | While no downtime is anticiated, brief session loss may occur.
- MariaDB slave hosts | While no downtime is anticiated, brief session loss may occur.
Tuesday Jan 23rd:
- MariaDB master hosts | Anticipate sessions dropped during LB failover and node restarts.
Wednesday Jan 24th:
- Load Balancers | Anticipate sessions dropped as LBs failover. Critical systems will need reboots causing brief inaccessibility.
Thursday Jan 25th:
- FTP / AV | Anticipate sessions dropped during LB failover and node restarts.
- phpMyAdmin | Anticipate sessions dropped during LB failover and node restarts.
