Network engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment connecting the San Antonio location to the network. During the maintenance window the Cloud Sites support team and the local Sales team may be unavailable for phone, chat or ticket interactions. Customers will be able to create/edit/update tickets, however the San Antonio Liquid Web teams may not be able to respond until the maintenance window completes.

During the maintenance window, customers can reach out to the main Liquid Web support team at 1-855-348-9060 or start chats thru their management portals (manage.liquidweb.com or cloudsites.liquidweb.com) with the General Support teams.

The expectation is that the maintenance will be completed quickly and many customer may not notice any interruption. As soon as the maintenance is completed, full support capability will be restored.
