Your Liquid Web team will be upgrading your ticketing and chat systems. Don't Worry - This upgrade will not impact your hosted services! During the upgrade, we will briefly shut down chat functionality (approximately one hour starting at 5AM EST/4AM CST). In addition, creating and viewing tickets will be suspended during that period. If you email our teams during this period, our system will retain the requests, but may be delayed in responding. And during this upgrade process, email notifications may be delayed. Rest assured, we have received your order; however, your order confirmation may be delayed.

To enhance your support experience, we will be consolidating the previous Management Portal Support and Help Center tabs. Once the initial portion of the maintenance is completed, you will be able to start chats and create/view tickets in the new Help Center tab. During the remainder of the maintenance window we will be transferring tickets to the new system, so you may not initially see all of your old tickets. Rest Assured..they are not lost, but being transitioned between systems. The legacy ticket numbers are being retained as well as assigning new ID ticket numbers. Your support and sales team will be track your request using either number.
